The majority of Imperial Fifth Fleet, infected by Kisal's panic, jumped towards the Inner Rim and into tumultuous history. With the Empire suddenly in chaos, Captain Filborn remained loyal to the Imperial Ruling Council, and directed Conqueror away from Selene to Imperial Center, just scant hours before his superior officer, Fleet Admiral Jard Kisal, went "warlord" and renegade. In the early days of the Galactic Civil War, Conqueror was regional defense only, and was to be based from Selene until after the Battle of Endor. It was assigned to the Imperial Fifth Fleet, charged with defending the crucial hyperspace route known as the Tarkin Corridor. HIMS Conqueror was first deployed in 3 ABY under the command of Captain Saz Filborn, fresh from the Fleet Yards at Yaga Minor.
The Conqueror was a superweapon built during the Clone Wars for the evil Galactic Republic after their other superweapon failed.Additional barracks to house two divisions. The bridge layout was the same as any other Star Destroyer except Palpatine had a chair in middle of the walkway so he oversee the battles. The Conqueror consisted of TIE Scouts and TIE Fighters of Black Squadron. A large Hallway was were the New Confederacy of Independent Systems attacked the Galactic Empire as they were heading to the Bridge. The Conqueror had a communications room, hallways, and a bridge. The Conqueror held stormtroopers, Scout Troopers, and the 501st Legion. The Conqueror prototype was a modified Imperial-I class Star Destroyer equipped with a superlaser under the Reactor Core. When Palpatine made another one this ship became known as the Conqueror I as the Conqueror II was rising. The Conqueror was later destroyed after a Squad of droids put Thermal Detonators on the Reactor Core and the Conqueror blew up from the inside. The ship stopped a New Confederate Task force from destroying it but didn't stop Trench and Bomber Squad 33. The ship was then under the command of Emperor Palpatine as he enjoyed the prototype. However the ship wasn't finished by the end of the war and was finished during the The Last of the Droids. The Conqueror was a modified Imperial-I class Star Destroyer made by Admiral Victor during the Clone Wars for the Galactic Republic.
